THE FOOD PYRAMID

 PRE ACTIVITY: Leeremos una hermosa fabula "El lobo con piel de oveja"  del escritor Griego Esopo.

 Pensó un día un lobo cambiar su apariencia para así facilitar la obtención de su comida. Se metió entonces en una piel de oveja y se fue a pastar con el rebaño, despistando totalmente al pastor. 

Al atardecer, para su protección, fue llevado junto con todo el rebaño a un encierro, quedando la puerta asegurada.

Pero en la noche, buscando el pastor su provisión de carne para el día siguiente, tomó al lobo creyendo que era un cordero y lo sacrificó al instante. 

Moraleja: Según hagamos el engaño, así recibiremos el daño.

 Based on the main nutritional function they perform in the body, they differ in energy, builders and protectors.

Energetic food. Provide the energy to perform different physical activities (walking, running, playing sports, etc.), such as pasta, rice, bakery products (bread, cookies, etc.), sweets, honey, oils, dried fruits (almonds, walnuts, chestnuts, etc.).

Builder Food. Form the skin, muscles and other tissues, and that promote wound healing. These are milk and all its derivatives, red and white meats, eggs and legumes.

Regulatory or Protective foods. Provide the necessary nutrients for the energy and regulators to keep the body working. These include fruits, vegetables and water.
